GCS Gives Back

General Counsel Solutions (GCS) was founded with a clear mission: to provide the business community with top, senior-level attorneys on an as-needed basis to save these companies time and money…without sacrificing quality.  We realized that for many small and mid-sized companies, a traditional law firms’ fees can sometimes seem too high for the value received.  At many larger companies, their in-house legal department often gets overloaded and hiring additional full-time lawyers is just not an option. These observations, coupled with the realization that many successful lawyers - many of them also former CEOS, CFOs, and COOs - were looking for a better work/life balance, all led to the formation of GCS’s successful business model.

Our approach to corporate social responsibility is also based on meeting the needs of organizations and individuals. We established our “GCS Gives Back” program, which provides GCS clients, their employees, friends, and family members, the opportunity to donate to charitable causes of their choice. 

With each new client we sign on as a result of an introduction from a GCS client or individual affiliated with a GCS client, we will, as an expression of gratitude and in the spirit of giving back, make a $1,000 donation to the charity of their choice in their name.
