Gregg Schor, CEO
Gregg heads up the General Counsel Solutions management team. He is responsible for the strategic direction of the company and directs all GCS operations. A former general counsel with 20 years of private practice and executive management experience, Gregg has provided general counsel services to both start-up and established high growth companies in the United States and Europe, including companies that have been acquired by Microsoft, EMC and IBM.
Before going in-house, Gregg was a trial attorney in New York City. He received his J.D. degree from St. John's University School of Law in 1990 and received a diploma from the University of San Diego Institute on International and Comparative Law for study in the former Soviet Union and Poland.
Gregg is admitted to the Bars of New York, Connecticut and the District of Columbia, and has been a member of the American Corporate Counsel Association, the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the American Electronics Association, the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Carnegie Council on Ethics and International Affairs.
Anthony Sirica, CFO
Anthony is a leader in the field of Risk Advisory Services and is a founder of Forum Consulting. Anthony's expertise in all facets of risk management and general business consulting ensures GCS clients that the services we provide are grounded in a strong understanding of their core
business needs.
Anthony began his career in the Assurance Practice of BDO Seidman, where he quickly became a Partner, servicing some of BDO's largest clients. In 1998 he left BDO to join Jefferson Wells International, a then start-up professional services firm, as a Managing Director to establish and build their Tri-State area of practice. After much success at Jefferson Wells, Anthony was recruited back to BDO in 2002 to replicate his prior success by establishing a new and highly innovative Risk Advisory Services practice. He is a graduate of St. John's University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
Anthony Noto, Director of Client Relations
Anthony oversees all aspects of GCS client relations across the United States and internationally. He has over 20 years of sales management experience, including nearly a decade with Carr Business Systems, a subsidiary of Xerox, where he led the sales organization, increased sales revenue by over 300% in less than two years and built three highly successful customer-centric teams that took a consultative approach toward client satisfaction. Most recently, Anthony was General Sales Manager for the New York Islanders.
Kim Coughlin, Director of Counsel Relations
Kim runs all aspects of the membership process for GCS. She brings with her nearly two decades of diverse human resources experience. Kim began her career with Headstrong (formerly James Martin Co.). In the years that followed she shared her HR talents with Baan USA, and MainControl (which was acquired by MRO Software). As director of HR and Recruitment at MainControl, she established a new recruitment process that helped double the size of the company in less than 18 months while cutting the cost per hire by approximately 80%. Kim is a graduate of Virginia Tech.

Frank Fusaro - The Forum Group
Frank is co-founder and President of The Forum Group which was established in 1974 and provides its over one thousand clients with the finest in human capital services. Frank has lectured to Trade and Professional Organization and Universities throughout the United States. Frank is a former member for the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and served as a Vice President of the Society. He served on the Advisory Board and is Chairman of the Society's Fundraising Committee supporting the Career Opportunities in the Accounting Profession (COAP) Program, which focuses on recruitment of minorities for the Profession.
Malcolm Mackay - Law at Work International
Malcolm is Chief Executive of Law At Work International, Ltd. and is one of the UK's leading employment lawyers. He has been involved in many leading employment law cases, including cases argued at the House of Lords and the European Court of Justice. In 1988 Malcolm set up Mackay WS. In 2001 the firm merged with one of Scotland's largest legal firms, Maclay Murray & Spens with Malcolm heading the employment division. At the same time, he founded Law At Work (UK) Ltd, which he served as Chief Executive between 2004 and 2006.
Don More - Updata Advisors
Don, a Partner at Updata Advisors, provides M&A advisory services to technology companies. He focuses on IT security, internet/new media and other high-growth markets. Since joining Updata in 1998, Don has helped consummate more than 40 transactions, with such buyers as CA, IBM, Quest and Symantec. Mr. More actively writes and speaks about IT areas of internet.
Before joining Updata, Don served as an investment banker at Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he was a Mergers & Acquisitions attorney at Davis, Polk & Wardwell, and at Sheaman & Sterling. Don received a J.D. with distinction from Columbia Law School (received the graduation prize for legal advocacy), and a B.A. from Yale University, where he graduated magna cum laude with distinction.
Lisa A. Stancati - ESPN
Lisa is Assistant General Counsel of ESPN, where she handles many aspects of ESPN's digital and other media businesses including ESPN.com, ESPN360 (broadband), ESPN Mobile Properties and ESPN: The Magazine. In December 2007 she was named "Sports Counsel of the Year" by the Association of Media & Entertainment Counsel.
